The charity event for 2017 has been announced! This year we will attempt to row and cycle the 800km long West coast of Italy. This 6 day event will be a combination of four days rowing and two days cycling starting in Genoa in late May and will be completed by 15 members of the APFS Rowing Club. As in previous years it will be in aid of the daa staff charities of the year, this year they are – MS Ireland, Merchants Quay Ireland and My Canine Companion.Huge thanks must go to Wally McKenna of Newline Transport and Edermine RC in Wexford who has kindly offered to drive our boats and bikes to and from Italy in a 45ft artic.
